Got to replace another 3d printed adapter I'd bought previously which was "taller" and I found the remote kept falling off as it wasn't held securely - this one is significantly better

They do come with screws but to make it easier I just use a bit of double sided tape to stick over the switch.

I've tried a few other similar products for mounting IKEA switches in the past and gal_unique's are by far the best. The things that set them apart are including metal in the print so you don't have to muck around with the original backplate, and the glossy finish that doesn't feel 3d printed at all. Highly recommend!
