      giraffe came badly damaged in 2 places - was well packaged so could not have happened during delivery. seller says he packed it himself - there is no way you wouldnt see the damage. seller says pets or us could have done it - we dont have any pets he offered £5 off and said we should paint over it we paid a lot of money for this item and shouldnt be expected to paint over damaged parts we never have any problems with Amazon and will only use them in the future
