    I wouldn't use it again

    This powder is completely useless. The powder is very thin and it's not very suitable for capsule machine. The taste is awful. So I've tried make capsules, but I need to drink No 5 capsules at the time to cover the serving of 2.5gr. I don't like it.

    Top Quality Great Value ...

    Magnesium Bisglycinate is one of the best absorbed form of magnesium supplements available, "Now Foods" obtain this premium quality product from and produced by Albion laboratories inc whom have very high production standards and have stringent quality control. I stir the dose into a cup of water, it DOES NOT taste nice at all (but I put up with it) you may wish to use orange juice or something to disguise the taste, however buying powder gives much (very much) more value for money than buying capsules. From a health point of view I think you would struggle to find a better quality magnesium supplement anywhere. I am not involved in any way with the sale of this product I am just a consumer.     Taste like vomit!

    I thought it would taste bad and had very low expectations but it’s even worse than what I thought!!!! Absolutely taste disgusting!!! I’m literally throwing it away after the first serving! If anyone is interested they can contact me and have it for half price but I definitely don’t recommend anyone trying it as the taste is absolutely horrible. I think even petrol would taste better

    Best magnesium and no stomach upset

    As a herbal nerd I've tasted worse. But since my top rating is based on the effect it doesn't matter. Magnesium bisclysinate, is the absolute best magnesium i've tried. No stomach upset, great effect on sleep and relaxation and energy metabolism. It's up there with magnesium L threonate, but for a tenth of the price. Great!!
