Compact versatile and simple to use
Unlike a hostess trolley it does not require a great deal of space. I like the fact you are not contrained to only using the food dishes supplied, you can put you're own dishes on the main hot plate. i only see this item as a WIN WIN. Best purchase i have made.

Overall it’s good, only thing is the first tray doesn’t sit properly in its case as the adapters there so the first tray sticks out & doesn’t get as warm as the other two, Also it should have legs on as it nearly burnt my work surface as the bottom of the warmer touches the kitchen worktop
