    There was a shipping problem that had nothing to do with this seller. Throughout the process the seller was great at communicating and trying to resolve the problem. There was also a small defect in the item which the seller was easy to resolve the issue with. Sometimes there are problems out of your control and how you deal with them shoes who you are.
