All items are stocked from our UK warehouse and we will ship your order quickly and efficiently. Most 'Free Economy' services are fully tracked, meaning you can track the whereabouts of your order at all times. DELIVERY
At SparesCrazy, we offer free 'fully tracked' economy delivery for most UK orders and localities. Once your order is placed, you will receive a unique carrier tracking code that will enable you to track the whereabouts of your order at all times. Royal Mail state that economy delivery normally arrives within a few days, however in some cases this can take up to 14 days. If your goods haven't arrived within this time period then please contact us. Please be aware that within the 14 days we have no means of chasing Royal Mail for orders made with standard post as this is a non-traceable service. Please also check with your local Royal Mail depot before getting in touch - as many items will be too big to fit through your letter box, this being the most common reason for delay. Until this 14 day window has passed we are unable to post replacements or offer refunds. WARRANTY and RETURNS
Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 12 month warranty subject to fair wear & tear in domestic use, this excludes consumable items. Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you. All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition - complete with original untarnished packaging (boxes and packaging must also be returned in the same saleable unblemished condition). Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 60 calendar days of receipt. Returns postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty. If goods are damaged or faulty please notify us through eBay messaging to enable us to issue you with a pre-paid returns label. Once we have received your item using the pre-paid returns label a refund will then be given unless a replacement has been issued prior to return. All goods returned must be arranged prior to sending via the eBay messaging service. This will enable us to assist you more thoroughly with your request and to deal with any difficulties. Refunds will only be issued if the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice, a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned, and also their eBay user name, ID and home address.     Great tool

    Cannot say my dog loves this tool yet but in time I think she will come to be OK with this which is great because I'm stunned at how much fur this got out and instantly vacuumed away. Also she looked really pretty afterwards. It's quite easy to use, my top tip would be don't be tempted to apply the tool without depressing the button for the brush because when you do that it creates a suction seal with the dogs skin and makes them jump a bit then give you an accusing look.

    Handy attachment but....

    .....it might not suit everybody. It can be a tad awkward to use and if you have a nervous dog like ours, you might need an extra pair of hands to to the job. It does what Dyson claims and you'll be amazed how much fur it extracts from your dog and straight into the vacuum cleaner. A word of warning, our dog isn't keen on anything noisy including the vacuum cleaner, so be careful not to stress your dog.

    Dyson dog groom

    My dog is on the short to medium hair length. Still good, has definitely decreased the hair. You do take a gamble though on wether they let you use it. The hoover can be a bit scary for a pooch. Good product!

    Superb piece of kit!
