Does the job
These are translucent hooks which fit on to the gutters and are currently holding my Christmas lights. They were cheap to buy, quickly delivered, and easy to put up. One small criticism is that I could not easily fit the wires into the small hooks. However, they have stayed up through a gale. so not a problem in practice.
