Upon arriving, we inspected the items (as we do with the thousands of cassettes we buy a year) and found that the majority of them were damaged. Seller accepted return but when the item was received, wanted to grill us with questions about the tapes. We opened them to inspect them and found them broken. We followed all channels and seller is looking to argue.
