B12 spray
Have used this for about three weeks now, I'm not as tired all the time still fall asleep in my armchair occasionally (that could be my age). Will be buying another B12 spray as I feel 80 days would be a better trial period.

Easy and pleasant to take
It is very pleasant to take. Anyone having problems swallowing will find this easy. You just squirt 4 times on the tongue or inside of cheeks, once a day. Tastes of apricots. I cannot say if it is affective yet as I haven't been taking it long enough but I am having blood tests next month and will be able to give further info then. I did some research on vitamin B12 and found out that most contained cyan cobalamin ( hope I've spelt it ok) that meant it released cyanide into the body. It suggested methylcobalamin was safer and this product does contain the methylcobalamin and not the other one. That did impress me and that is why I chose this particular form of vitamin B12.It is very pleasant to take. Anyone having problems swallowing will find this easy.
