    Seller listed these as salad plates, but they are bread and butter plates. She did nothing to resolve the problem until I left negative feed back. She did, then, offer to accept the return or allow me to keep them at a large discount.

    The buyer submitted an offer for these plates and must have read the description about dimensions. Once she got the package she contacted me saying that she didn't get it and asked me how I wanted to process this. As Items were sent with a tracking number the problem was solved. Next, she claimed that she wanted salad plates not bread and butter (dimensions in description). To resolve this issue in a satisfactory manner, the buyer agreed to keep the plates and also she got a refound of 50%.
