It was as described. Bought for relative with dementia for whom a little Nokia phone was too complicated. Although she hasn't tried this one yet, I think it will be alright. I was able to set it up without internet and there is just a phone 'button' and menu 'button' on the home screen. Pressing phone goes straight to programmed numbers and she just has to tap the one she wants. The only drawback is that there are no English instructions in the accompanying booklet but it can be found online.
