The Fax machine was wrapped in two layers of LARGE bubble wrap and it's own custom made box. The box was packed inside a "heavy duty" grade Thick walled box. After about 30 min. of unpacking, I discovered a spotless New Looking Fax Machine with ALL original paperwork. After performing a couple of basic tests I decided the FAX Machine was AS Described and an exceptional value. "why are you shipping this" It did leak a bit, but it came with a ton of extra ink and a maintenance box. I ran a few cleaning sessions, it works fine. I would absolutely recommend buying whatever they are selling.
