ADVANCE PAYMENTS: The advance payments (10% of the product price) are requested before the order is placed only if there is a non – standard order (related to measurements, weight, additional features and equipment). The advance payment is non refundable after 24 hrs from the moment the order was placed.
RETURNS: We accept returns within 14 days of product’s purchase if:
1)Product was received and the technical state was accepted but the product will reveal later on some hidden faults but . Those faults need to be confirmed first by manufacturer’s assessment. The client is responsible for shipping costs of the product for the assessment purpose. If the product is found to be faulty the client is entitled to 100% refund.
2) Product was not used and is not damaged. The Client is entitled to 70% refund due to unavoidable instant natural usage signs of this type of products.
3)Product was received as a package by courier or post and was unopened , not damaged and was returned within 14 days. The Client is entitled to 100% refund.
4)Product was received as a package by courier or post and was found damaged. The Client is entitled to full refund if the notification about the damage was received within 48 hrs from receipt and the product returned within 7 days. The Client is entitled to 100% refund, subject to manufacturer’s fault assessment.
The refund is aimed to take place within 7 days since return but it might take longer due to pending assessment outcome.
DELIVERY: Normal delivery time is up to 3 weeks but the non -standards bespoke products which are made to order are going to be delivered within 6-8 weeks.
