It may be the postman's fault but the new control cover arrived in the same condition as the one I wanted replaced. Both little pegs to attach were broken. It may have happened as pushed through the letterbox but whatever.. I have had to order another one

This is the first issue we have had with this product after selling 100's of units. Buyers are always within their rights to return items for inspection if they consider them to be faulty by following the correct Ebay procedures. Had we had this opportunity from the buyer to do this we could have resolved the situation.
