After seeing the video on YouTube and thinking wow this pod is deffo for me.. I received the first pod.used it once and it broke. the screw on the buzz bar snapped on both sides.so I messaged the seller and the customer service was really bad.not hearing back from them for days. I ended up posting it back. they asked me if I wanted another one? I said yes please.. thinking it was just that one. maybe that was faulty.. but the same thing happened with the second pod they sent after one use!
