When the courier went to collect the item, the seller gave them the wrong one, which was accordingly delivered to me. It was similar but in worse condition. Redelivery of the correct item was arranged but the seller later said it had been broken when being moved out of storage. The seller refunded the purchase price but has ignored repeated requests to refund the courier fee. I am now having to go to the small claims court to recover this.
