    This seller was ridiculously unhelpful. I received the item broken WITHIN the poor packaging. Despite providing photo proof of poor packing and breakage, the seller insisted it couldn't have been broken and implied that I broke it. He refused to give me a refund and so I started a case with Ebay. Ebay gave me my refund after reviewing my photos. I paid $18 shipping but the seller only spent $12 and crammed the item in a box with insufficient packing.
