Once you have received your appliance, it is automatically registered for its 2 year manufacturer's guarantee. Extended Miele warranty is also available on their website. Any problem within 2 years, our customer could contact us and we could act on their behalf to claim the warranty from Miele.

Pleased with item very reasonably priced but seller should say that there may be delivery charge - listed as free delivery £100 charge is included in price but then I was asked for £20 extra. They did cover it because I refused. I had to wait until item was available so delivery was late although this is explained in listing. Communication was excellent kept informed every step of the way. All worked out in the end but strange way of doing things
