Hi, it’s been quite a week eh !, but it’s been well worth it i bought a Single Ottoman Storage Gas Lift Bed ) , now if ya like me nearly 80yrs; and pretty handy with ya hands & like to do a bit of DIY, well this one’s for you , very clear instructions manual just go for it , I’m a disabled person but still managed to complete the entire job apart from the last bit which requires at least two personnel I’m very proud of myself my friend couldn’t believe what I had accomplished .

Firstly the customer service is excellent, i thought i was missing a box but turns out they ship it as 2 deliveries due to weight limits, emailed and had a reply and the tracking details within an hour,
Now the table is great, solid when assembled and the lift up top works well, the finish is what you would expect for the price point,
I guess if you wanted it to last a long time you could wrap each piece in clear film before assembly but that would take alot of film and time.

As described on site, unfortunately it was missing pieces and was damaged on top. I contacted them and they sent out a replacement asap. Very happy with the service received the other within 48hrs. It was obviously packed like that from manufacturers so they wouldn’t have known until unpacked and putting together.
