    Allulose. Arrived within the specified delivery period. As far as the product goes and for those who are thinking of trying allulose: it tastes the same as erythritol and has the same cooling effect in the mouth. I have yet to try making ice cream with it. I've read that it doesn't crystalise like other sweeteners but can't comment on this yet. If you are hoping it's better than erythritol as a sugar in hot drinks and to sprinkle, I would say it's no different. It's quite finely ground.
