Very fast delivery seeing as it's Christmas. Just trying Allulose for the first time, having heard about it on nutrition videos on youtube. 30g in some home-made ginger biscuits yesterday has had no ill effects, even though I scoffed the lot! Seems as sweet as sugar but needed more in coffee.

I make a lot of low carb desserts and snacks for my husband who has to follow a lowish carb diet. Some low or zero carb sweeteners are not good for the gut but Alluloase does not seem to cause any problems. Some say that it is only 70% as sweet as refined sugar but we are used to eating baked items that are not overly sweet. My husband says the things I make with allulose are sweet enough for him. It does however brown more quickly than things made with refined or coconut sugar.
