This was by far my worst experience on ebay. I asked if item was a Cubs headband. His pictures didn't show if it was or wasn't. He would take a day or 2 to respond. Said he would check, then nothing. I would ask again, he said it might be a Bears headband. He would check & confirm. Even after I purchased, he never answered that question. After I took the plunge & bought it, he was super responsive, and tracking, & packaged nicely. I may buy from him again if I don't need questions answered.
