This is amazing, it's helped me so much from day 3 of taking this product, it's stopped my stomach cramps, helped my IBS, I no longer suffer with bloating which I was suffering really bad with and very uncomfortable indeed but now I actually feel normal and can eat all the things I love without worrying if I'm going to get bloated when out. Beware contains fructooligosaccharides (FOS)
Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) is a sweetener. I used to buy these probiotics from this company and always got more stomach problems when I started to take it regularly. I used to take it sometimes and was ok but when I started taking it regularly I started to get severe stomach problems: gas, cramps, feeling sick etc. So I tested it out. The times I didn’t take it I was great then I took it for 7days and I was in so much pain that I had to go hospital because of fructooligosaccharides (FOS). Read the ingredients properly before you buy anything. Hope my review helped you all. Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) are a form of carbohydrate. The term saccharide is another word for sugar, and an oligosaccharide is a molecule made up of a small group of these sugars. Overusing fructooligosaccharides ... Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) is a sweetener. I used to buy these probiotics from this company and always got more stomach problems when I started to take it regularly. My partner would have stomach problems after eating certain foods, I brought this thinking it might be of some help. Was so surprised that it would cure a year's worth of upset stomach worries. I now take it myself as well and have found it has benefited me as well.forget the pricey yogurts that don't work,fantastic value for money, I can't recommend this product enough. Btw, someone left a warning about fructooligosaccharides (FOS) in this product which actually is a bit silly as fructooligosaccharides are nondigestible, so they don’t have an effect on blood sugar levels. Because they are not digestible, FOS travels intact through the small intestine to the colon (large intestine), where they support the growth of healthy bacteria in the digestive tract. So, smile and keep taking good probiotics :)Excellent product and very beneficial for my health.
