If my package was delivered by Royal Mail I would not have had an issue as I never received the package from EVRI who this seller used. contacted this seller all I receive is the same quoted message like it’s a computer and not a person who can resolve the issue- my package was delivered to another flat in my block and I never received it so £12.99 and no shoes . You need to use better couriers to get good feedback so would not buy from you again. Once you get paid you don’t care about the buyer

I have contacted the seller about the colour and was given the 'copy paste' replies each time not helpful with my problem. (The colour was different from the one in the photo) I'm sorry I need to complain as the trainers as such are nice! I ended up with the colour I didn't quite like but will have to learn to love it:) as sending it back would be additional cost and there is no certainty I'll receive a replacement. Quality of shoes is very good! the customer service could be better though.

The wrong sandals were sent .I contacted the seller and didn't get anywhere kept asking for a picture but I can't send directly to them and gave them the code on the box as its the wrong code explained that I couldn't send a picture and why but kept asking for a picture just not getting anywhere if I liked the sandals they sent it wouldn't be so bad but I don't like them .The sandals sent weren't even an option they were all the same design but in different colours and wanted the navy
