The item was described accurately and is in very good condition - brand new, with tags. Unfortunately, the seller’s dispatch time has negatively impacted my review on this occasion. Whilst the seller responded to my communications promptly, it was stated twice that the item would be posted. When the item failed to arrive, however, I learned that it had not. After some further correspondence, the item eventually arrived nine days later than projected and by second class rather than first.

Shoes arrived looking as described but REEKING of cigarette smoke. My entire smoke-free home now stinks of smoke just from the box being opened.
Bottom line, resellers who are describing their items as "brand new," charging a premium, and not accepting returns really need to do a better job disclosing strong odors, so buyers can be informed what they're getting.
