I am over the moon with the product it is easy to assemble and is sturdy and looks really nice I highly recommend this ebayer he is first class in all areas of selling. This product is very good value for money well worth buying. It is also a decent size i am very happy with everything.

Two of us (one an engineer) over two hours to put together. The assembly of the shelves was quite complicated and the instructions could be clearer. Once assembled it appears to be quite sturdy. It is however quite heavy and without any handles (there isn't anywhere to grip it when it's folded up) or wheels on it, it is not easy for one person to mover around on their own.

When I received a message from Evri saying it had been delivered and it clearly hadn’t I contacted them only to be told my postcode was not associated with that parcel and I should contact the seller. I contacted the seller and I have to say their response has been superb immediately issuing a refund whilst they ‘chase’ Evri. So whilst very disappointed with the outcome, the seller’s customer service has been excellent, 5 stars.

Unfortunately, the coat rack went missing in transit - the courier claimed to have delivered it but it didn't turn up. I informed the seller, but unfortunately the parcel could not be traced and there was no replacement available. I really cannot fault the way Unique Home Furniture dealt with this - they were quick to launch an inquiry and equally prompt in issuing a refund. So they still get five stars, even though I didn't get my coat rack.
