I immediately apologized to the buyer and fully reimbursed the purchase amount and postage within 24 hours. He still refused to remove negative comment. This was not a fraud it was a mistake. Pictures were accurate of the item on my ad. The description didn't match the contents which was my fault. Again, I apologized, reimbursed his money and his response was F- you. Makes no sense? I hope ebay will check out the communication string between the buyer and myself and remove neg. comments.
