Cons: Item was not packed securely. The "shipping box" was loose cardboard taped around the book, and one corner didn't meet and wasn't sealed off with tape, so the book was exposed to the elements in transit. Book was also listed as "very good," which means no highlighting or writing, but one workbook page is completely filled in. For the price, though, I'll keep the item.
