Received both left and right hand braces and wear these at night to relieve the pins and needles tingle I get in my fingers. I think I have an inflamed carpel tunnel through repetitive use of hand tools during my career. Having worn these for two nights so far, the tingling has gone, so they are definitely doing their job .

The brace support is great and I wouldn't hesitate to buy more when these ones wear out. My only suggestion is that the brace sits a bit too snugly round the thumb so chafing of the soft skin between the thumb and index finger is a bit of a constant problem. I have found the same problem in all the many wrist brace supports I have used so it is not unexpected that this brace cuts into the flesh a bit. Overall, I would recommend this brace.
