After I contacted the sellers to report delays with the courier delivery, the seller sprang into action and the items arrived within 48hours. (I emphasise that delays were the fault of the courier who basically sat on the consignment for over a week. )

The items were in two parcels, one of which was delivered later than the other and so I had to check with the suppliers but they were prompt in checking and it was not an error on their part - only that of the delivery company.
