    Overall an incredibly disappointing experience. Very poorly packaged, the case was dented and the XLR inputs didn’t work. Seller continued to argue that it must be our fault with cables because his products are great quality. After eventually accepting a return he admitted he built it when he was tired, it was faulty and the case wasn’t in good condition but then ignored all my requests for a refund. Ended in an eBay resolution to get my money back. Buyer beware.

    Not experienced with the returns. 1-2 items per year. This is a one man seller who is making all the listed items from the store by hand for every item. Faults can happen since everything is man made. I asked questions about the function and offered Everything is tested and that mean long hours. I trusted eBay to decide what to do. Was a request resolution involved disputed online and was settled. The customer wanted the refund instantly and the aprove button pressed late. Never did that before.
