When I put my clothes into water with colour dye noticed was blue not black as stated spoke to seller they never offered any refund .told me to get in touch with the company .I told them that you should as I brought product of yourself .not happy

I am sorry you were unhappy with your product. I suggested you spoke to dylon customer service as they are more informed on their product to help you. As dylon is a household name i feel it may be a problem with using it correctly. I also think feedback is for the service you received from the seller.
