All fault lies with USPS. I later found the contact information and sent the seller an e-mail. The seller responded and took action very quickly. This is also one of the few times I have had a problem with USPS; they are generally reliable. Not sure how I could have responded more quickly. Offered full refund and have not heard back from buyer. Made a special trip to PO, (12 miles) immediately after hearing from buyer to find out more of item's whereabouts. If it's time to initiate claim tell me and I will refund you. Leaving neutral feedback is odd to say the least.
