I have been using silicone gel cut from a sheet for years, overnight on my frown lines (the results are very temporary at first but persevering over months/years does give significant improvement in wrinkle depth). These pre cut patches are easy to use and thick enough to hold the skin smooth. The forehead one stays in place perfectly, shapes for areas with looser skin (eg. neck) may need a bit of medical tape to help them stick. I only use a few shapes on my least favourite wrinkles ; )

The lights really didn’t look like the picture! The leaves are a thin plastic fabric and very cheap and tacky looking so I didn’t even bother to unpack them. Returning them was a ridiculous process of being offered a 10% discount first, then 20% and lots of messages before getting sent the return address - then please note you have to pay return postage, so the whole process was a waste of time and money. Better just not to buy them!
