Was sent the wrong item, and after it was delivered, i was only given the option of a refund, not a return/exchange, despite the fact that the seller has continued to sell the correct item at a new, much higher, price. Also the refund i received was only 65% of the original purchase price, with no justification. After attempting to contact them on multiple occasions for the remainder, i was repeatedly ignored and can now no longer make any further claim through ebay. They have stolen my money.

Product box was sealed and not damaged. Inside the jars were leaking all over... see photo. This was shipped via "UPS Next Day Air Saver®" from a Florida address and may have been de-pressurized in the cargo hold as it traveled 1 THIS IS NOW UNUSABLE !...... It was not damaged by UPS shipper, but was a poor choice of shipping method.”

    Makes pruning a breeze!

    These pruners are razor sharp and soooo easy to use. I had a LOT of tree limbs and bushes to cut back and even after 2 hours of pruning, my hand was not tired or sore. I would purchase this pruner again in a heartbeat!

    Quite functional

    Makes an easy task of pruning jobs. A powered pruner or a long-handled device would be needed to make it any easier.

    Great product

    Light weight and cuts well with out tiring the hands. I did have to get used to the ratchet not cutting every time on the first cut, but once you get going it does a nice job
