Good item, dispatched fast. I read the instructions on the item description (these don't come with instructions) so I knew what to do to fit them. Basically one plate at a time I soaked them in very hot water to soften, then sucked them to my teeth and pressed around the plates with my fingers until I had a firm fit. I grind my teeth in the night so I've been able to wear these while I sleep (one is enough). I intend to use these with whitening gel too but haven't tried it yet.
