Tyres ordered Tues & they arrived Thurs - from Germany! So, incredibly fast delivery service from this seller, especially when supplying a tyre size not always stocked on the high street. The courier used was DHL and the staff delivering were prompt, polite and efficient. Only downside is that the tracking number provided via Ebay did not work and I had no reply from the seller when enquiring about it. However, tyres themselves are new, good value and as described in the listing. Thank you!
I am giving this company a positive as I’m positive I won’t be using them again . Told item was despatched then given a false tracking number 6 days later after opening a case against them they replied to my question regarding delivery saying sorry your tracking number is bla bla which didn’t matter as tyres were sent overnight delivery and had already been delivered.
READ FEEDBACK ITS VERY TRUE THEY JUST DONT CARE .
Great items thanks but the courier let the seller down badly. Never had any correspondence emails or interaction with the courier whatsoever. Other couriers send emails saying they’ve received the item,when it’s out for delivery and usually a time for delivery but not this one. Put tracking number and postcode on the couriers website but said it didn’t exist. Would buy more tyres from this seller in the future if they used a different courier.
