    Slightly confusing experience as it was not immediately apparent that this was a exchange unit or how any guarantee worked, on arrival the packaging appeared to have been well used so the pump had fallen into the outer plastic bag however the pump looked to have been very well refurbished, and looked undamaged so as described, fitted now and working, so let's hope that continues, would recommend this company purely on the quality of the refurbishment
