This led to damage of the bears. On top of that one of the bears has brown stains in multiple locations. It took 3 attempts of reaching out to the seller for a refund and it wasn't until escalation to eBay was mentioned that they replied. After explaining the issue they simply actioned a partial refund without confirming if that was ok.
