Poor customer service. The expected delivery date came and went, no response despite messaging to resolve not having received my item. Then over 2 weeks later received item but had to pay £3.00 postage to Royal Mail as seller haven’t paid enough even though I had also been charged postage in my original price. I contacted seller for refund of postage I overpaid = no response. I would not recommend this seller. EBay did not help

Hello, thank you for your feedback however it's completely incorrect. We shipped out the following day of when the order was placed. We responded on the ebay case 4 times and had no response from you. The item was sent with tracked service and was marked as delivered by Royal Mail. Even after this happened, we kept responding on the case and heard nothing, please check your ebay account and remove this comment.
