Extremely unreliable, rude and scandalous! They deliberately use different product packaging images and sent a different the product with different packaging! It’s very simple to use the picture of the exact product they are selling but the decide to lure people into buying this hair product in a package that is quite scarce and sent you the common one! I tried to contact them and give them the option to make a refund or send the right product but instead they rudely denied what they had done.

For the record we have delivered to this customer exactly what they had ordered. We tried to contact the customer to resolve their issue but they insisted on providing negative feedback rather than allowing us to mutually resolve their issue.
