Lost, delayed or damaged mail
Items sent out are all recorded and certified by the post office or couriers we use. In the case of an item not arriving we follow post office guidance and will not consider an item lost until 15 working days (UK) and 25 (international) have elapsed from the date when the item was sent. In other cases of guaranteed delivery times this will not apply eg special delivery.
 
Customer assistance/cooperation will be requested prior to any replacement being sent in the event of a loss or damage claim.
 
The normal time for a claim to be processed by Royal Mail is six weeks from the date of submission. We will resolve and compensate the buyer (if appropriate) once the claim has been dealt with successfully. In some instances a replacement item will be sent, however this will normally occur if the mail has specific tracking information where it can be demonstrated that the item has not reached its destination.

    Lightweight with great features

    I've used this brand before and have always had a positive experience with it. This is the third I have bought due to having first one stolen second one lasted around 10 years and have just bought this one. It is extremely hard wearing and has survived being dropped a few times. has an easy to reach volume control, lightweight and compact
