Communication with the seller was really good and always quick. There was a mix up as we never realised we should pay duty on the item and thought this was included in the delivery costs. The seller responded quickly to this and took care of the duty allowing us to receive the machine. The machine required assembly which was straight forward as there is a comprehensive manual with it. Our son loves the machine and is having fun with it. Thank you
