Product does not seem genuine. The packaging is in Chinese, all details are written in Chinese and the user manual is also fully in Chinese with not a single English description. I had to search online to find how to pair it to my phone. Once I did, the sound quality is pretty bad. Real shame because it folds nicely and the foam is soft and I liked the colour but I don't believe Lenovo would allow this terrible of a sound quality to be sold. Definitely fake.

Lenovo is a Chinese brand and these come to us directly from the factory in China hence the reason the writing is in Chinese. You are welcome to check the serial number with Lenovo customer service to verify this.
