Very poor experience please find another seller. The item arrived smashed due to incorrect and very flimsy packaging. I notified them straight away and explained this. They said they would send a replacement, but never have. I asked for a refund and they ignored this. I can't believe this was all over a £5.77 item. This is the worst seller I have used on Ebay.

The first package arrived with nothing but 4 foam squares selotaped togther! Contacted the Seller & I had to send a photograph of the bag showing their name & address & the foam squares to him as he said they did not use foam to pack products. I then waited & asked e-bay to step in as did not receive a replacement straight away after he/she agreed it was there packaging. Finally I have the Hooks. The amount of £2.99 did not come into it, it was the attitude & very very poor customer service.
