This Phone is a brilliant product & the whole Unit is neat & Compact. Loads of great features which are usually only seen on Phones costing £75 & upwards. Call Blocking is something which is so necessary these days & everything is so easy to access through the Menu & to set-up to your personal requirements. The Instructions are VERY clear & you don't need to be a 'Nuclear Physicist' to understand them & there is no 'Technobabble' I would recommend this to anyone, whatever Age they may be.This Phone is a brilliant product & the whole Unit is neat & Compact. Nice phone easy to set up. Clear screen and good sound quality. I did not notice when I ordered it that there is no hands free function......shame really, but a good unit.

thank you easy to use very pleased with it and it has a nice load ring on it as my hubband is deaf in one ear and he is blind and mangers the buttons ok at moment
