i bought this to help an infection i have had and its difficult to say whether its the cause of feeling better but i have read so many stories about its healing powers i totally have faith. although i have been swallowing a teaspoon full as directed you can still taste it and it has a lovely taste and i do not have a sweet tooth its does seem expensive but what quality product isnt
