I was disappointed by the item and the communication with the seller. Before I purchased I enquired about having it shipped White Glove because we are retired and handicapped and can't move the cabinet with curd-side delivery and wouldn't purchase otherwise. The seller replied item would be carefully crated, be sure to touch up any damage. I assumed that they had arranged white glove service. The seller did not disclose they didn't have White Glove deliver until it had already shipped.

He makes it seem as if we lied about having white glove delivery. This was never promised or advertised. He asked if we could WG then paid for the piece before a reply. WG is very expensive, typically hundreds. Also being out of state it is out of our scope of service, only local. We've shipped dozens of items with great reviews. He fails to include that I caught the msg, called and offered to cancel/refund. He still accepted! Bitter much? Lesson: Use your brain. Don't assume and blame us.
