The listing photo is deceptive.
Unfortunately, although the candied peel I received is good quality, I found that the pieces have been chopped incredibly fine! I was mistaken by the photo in the listing, so I was under the misapprehension that the pieces were much larger. Not much use for my Christmas cake, (where I like large pieces of candied peel) Please see photo attached. The pieces are extremely dry, and predominantly taste of nothing but orange peel. (As the attached photo shows, the mix is mostly orange peel.)
