Arrived quickly and safely. I bought this chair because of my arthritic pain and it is comfortable once made, however, it is difficult to make up particularly when you have arthritic hands. The other thing that I’m not sure about is that to alter the angle of the back rest you have to loosen and tighten two screws which I find difficult .

I love the chair, didn't really want or need the footstool but pleased with it. There is a screw that won't bite into the armchair bracket but my friend, who had to construct the items is going to come back with another screw so all should be well. It may be a good idea to supply a couple of extra screws. I've a few medical problems so the assembly was out of the question by me, and the chair weighs more than I do. All in all, I judge the items to be of good quality and the colour is lovely.

Really good chair and stool. Very easy to put together. Very comfortable. Quick postage. Very helpful customer service... This is said because I purchased one but the delivery address was wrong. So I cancelled the order and ordered again with the right address. The refund was in my account the following day.

As described on site, unfortunately it was missing pieces and was damaged on top. I contacted them and they sent out a replacement asap. Very happy with the service received the other within 48hrs. It was obviously packed like that from manufacturers so they wouldn’t have known until unpacked and putting together.

Very impressed with the seller. The original item had a part missing. I contacted them and they replied instantly, stating there was a replacement on the way. Within 48hrs, the replacement item arrived. Would definitely recommend.
The product itself is of cheap quality. But that is expected given the price. This is what I prefer as my child will likely grow out of it in the next 12 months. Again, thank you to the seller. Great customer service.
